1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glycemic Snap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Glycemic Snap is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze meals for glycemic impact, predicts blood sugar responses, tracks energy levels, and helps users identify personal food patterns. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of Glycemic Snap, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Glycemic Snap offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions ("Glycemic Snap Pro") are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

Glycemic Snap and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Glycemic Snap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as meal photos). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLYCEMIC SNAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THE AI ANALYSIS AND GLUCOSE PREDICTIONS MAY NOT BE 100% ACCURATE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
